What is the diagnostic?
The diagnostic is a short, paid engagement that produces a written memo assessing your AI capacity target against real power, density, timeline, and structural constraints. It is the required first step before any ongoing work.
Who is this for?
Principals and operators with a live high-density AI compute capacity need and decision authority. It is not for brokers, general market research, or exploratory tire-kickers.
What does the diagnostic cover?
One primary capacity target and up to two sites or options. Focus is on power and energization risk, technical fit (density and cooling), timeline realism, and binding commercial or structural constraints.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You receive a written memo with findings and recommendations. There is no obligation to continue. If it makes sense, we can move to a fixed-scope or monthly retainer engagement under a separate agreement.
Do you work on an ongoing basis?
Yes. After the diagnostic, many clients move to fractional capacity support: site underwriting, power strategy, vendor alignment, and regular working sessions. Engagements are structured for speed and judgment rather than headcount.
